What
IS a functional sequence?
This is just a
new and descriptive name for a department of the administration (government)
right now there are departments of transportation splattered all over the
continent many having different policies and mandates in our Technate there
would be ONE such department known as the Transportation Sequence its board
would oversee ALL of our Technate's transportation needs.
